Returns

You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition (including any tags or packaging).

Refunds

We offer a full refund if an item is faulty.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once we’ve received and checked the item.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or colour, we’re happy to offer an exchange.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping Costs

If you’re returning an order from within the UK, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
For international orders, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

We’ll send you instructions on how to return your item.
Once we receive your item, we’ll process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.

Please keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed.
