Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:


Returns

We accept returns on unworn, unused, and undamaged items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  • We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If rejected (due to signs of wear, damage, or outside the return window), we’ll contact you to discuss next steps.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item or size, please return your original item and place a new order.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Underwear or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)


Damaged or Incorrect Orders
